A Boy's Dream plot

Every year artist Theo Jansen tests his latest beach animals on the Dutch coast. These almost mythical creatures consist of plastic pipes, tie wraps and sails manipulated by him. With the help of the wind, the PVC arthropods can walk independently on the beach. In this portrait, the philosophically minded artist is followed during his tests on the beach and during trips to Japan and America.
