Yun Shui Yao plot
Chen Qiu-shui is an English teacher in Taiwan. A boy he teaches has a sister, Wang Biyun, and the two fall in love. But Chen has a left ideal and decides to fight for a new China. He continues to fight in the Korean War and works as a doctor in reconstruction, but he cannot forget Wang, despite the attention of another admirer. Years later, Wang lives in New York and reconstructs the story to find out what happened to Chen.
