Sufat Chol plot

Wedding festivities kick off in a Bedouin village in Israel, Jalila finds herself in an awkward position as she has to organize the celebration for her husband Suliman's wedding to a second, much younger wife. She also discovers that her oldest daughter Layla is having a forbidden affair with a young university student. She feels humiliated with Suliman living next door with his young bride and can't get a grip on the untethered Layla who dreams of a different life for herself.
