Cheonggyecheonui Gae plot

The historic Cheonggyecheon River in Seoul, long a kind of open sewer, has been renovated for billions. When the main character encounters a talking dog, it's the starting point of a surreal chase across Seoul. In the scenes with the man and the dog, we see the parts of Seoul that are about to disappear, in the scenes with the woman, the parts that have already been renewed.
