"THE UNTOLD TALE OF A FISH-MAN."
The unemployed Gu is desperate for ways to make ends meet. For a fee, he takes part in a medical experiment that goes horribly wrong; his entire upper body turns into a fish, including his head. The rumor of his curious metamorphosis quickly spreads and ends up with aspiring journalist Sang-Won, who sees the story of the 'fish man' as his chance to become a real journalist. He tracks down Gu and begins capturing his life on camera. The fishman becomes a media sensation whose life seems to be getting harder than ever before. Who is he and what is it he has turned into?
