More fun than I expected
Just saw it and I don't really understand the negative response. He's bland and a little too much at times, but he was certainly entertaining. The first was of course more fun, but part 2 also had some nice jokes. In any case, I was not irritated by anything. Kal Penn is a good actor anyway.

After a surprisingly nice part 1 I was again surprised here.
I think Penn is perfect for such roles (take Harold & Kumar for example), he can play such flippant and sexual characters well.
Also just like part 1, a lot of things were quite predictable (so and so will get a girl anyway, she will win anyway, etc.), but the fun part is how it happens. Otherwise fun (and sometimes) exaggerated jokes, fun characters... especially Taj's father, what a hero. And enough of beautiful young women. Davidson and Cohan look really lovely.
I found the opposing team less interesting this time, but they were also often made fun of and that's what it's about with such people.
Just a fun sequel that makes you laugh every now and then (although the jokes aren't your humor for the most part).
