"It's a crazy, mixed-up comedy carnival!"

Bud (Abbott) and Lou (Costello) try to get an old amusement park back on its feet. Everything seems to be going in the right direction, the amusement park starts to run and they find two nice friends. But Lou is a gambling addict and loses all the money they've earned, resulting in a mountain of debt.
