A Fire Has Been Arranged plot
After spending a decade in prison, two crooks are finally released. They soon find out that the world outside the prison has changed a lot during that time. There is now a large department store where they hid the stolen jewels. However, the department store managers have a hard time keeping their business going and are happy to do business with the two thieves, with all the consequences that entails.
