Diplomatic Siege plot
Vojnovic is a Serbian war criminal. He is kidnapped by NATO commandos from a Russian embassy and flown directly to the war crimes tribunal in The Hague. In revenge, the US embassy in Romania is occupied by Serbian terrorists. They are holding the people hostage and demanding the release of Vojnovic. But what they don't know is that there is an atomic bomb in the building and two people are dismantling it. Those two are the only hope for the free west.
