Eloise (Sofia Vassilieva) lives in the Plaza hotel with her nanny and, like everyone else, is captivated by the wedding of Rachel Peabody (Sarah Topham), the hotel owner's daughter, to the beautiful Brooks Oliver (Rick Roberts). When Eloise learns that Brooks's intentions aren't fair, she tries everything she can to keep Rachel away from him.
