"You Have the Right to Remain Silent!"
When a murderous gang of thieves raids a number of chemical producers, Police Chief Evans deploys his best cop, Calhoun. This one takes little time to find out what the gang's motives are. The criminals collect raw materials to make very dangerous explosives. When a bank is bombed, the gang leaves a note with their demands.
