1980 Nian Dai De Ai Qing plot

After he is expelled, Yubo has to do an internship in a small mountain village. Once there, he runs into Liwen, an old classmate Yubo used to be in love with. Yubo's old feelings resurface and although Liwen feels something for Yubo, she keeps him at a safe distance. She knows that Yubo has to go back to the city after his internship and that she will probably never see him again after that.
