Sukeban plot

While on a prisoner transport for women, Komasa and Maya escape with another group of female delinquents, each to lead their own gang. They both have a hard time keeping their own territory and soon come face to face with each other. But when the local yakuza gang called the "'Blue Dragons'" make their lives miserable, they decide to take revenge.
