Ke Tu Qiu Hen plot
Taiwanese family drama about cultural differences and the resulting adjustment problems. The Japanese Aiko is not appreciated by her Chinese in-laws and goes to live with her husband in Hong Kong. Her daughter Cheung continues to live with her grandparents in Macau. It is only years later, when she visits Japan with her mother, that Cheung realizes how difficult it was for her mother in the past.
