Making Waves plot

The whitewater world of professional jet ski racing is not for the faint of heart. Still, 19-year-old Sally from Florida Keys has a dream of competing on this racetrack, a dream that is met with skepticism by the residents of the small town. But that changes when they see her racing! Sally turns out to be a born talent as a jet ski racer. However, when Sally's father sees her riding the waves, it reminds him of a tragic accident that tore his family apart years ago. Despite her father's opposition, Sally, along with her uncle, is determined to fulfill her cherished dream. And maybe Sally will be the best in the world while also making her father forget about the pain of the past and the family back together...
