One Man and His Dog plot

Tony Barton aka The Butcher is highly regarded as the local crime boss. His wish is to win the annual dog races. His "soldiers" are tasked with stealing a multiple champion race dog from his only major rival, the infamous Norris Bossett. A group of four local men are put to work, and what a mess they make!
