Many years ago, a circus came to town by train. During that ride a thunderstorm started and the train fell off a bridge and crashed into the sea. The carriage in which the clowns were seated has never been found. It was assumed that it had been sucked down through the sand. Legend has it that when it rains, circus music is still heard from the bottom of the ocean. Guess what happens when it rains...
