Twisted Brain plot

"There is something evil out there... Possessed by a force that doesn't belong to this world - and it's going to kill me!"

Vernon Potts is a wimpy college student who devises and conducts experiments in his spare time. For his latest test, he wants to turn his guinea pig into a bloodthirsty monster. The experiment succeeds, but when Vernon is bullied by his classmates, he starts killing. Unfortunately, Vernon himself turns out to be contaminated with the serum and turns into a nasty monster.

From the "Horrible Horrors Collection" and quite entertaining, despite the fact that unfortunately we don't see a killer guinea pig in action.

The unpopular nerd himself does in Jekyll & Hyde action, not such a very high body count, but the kills themselves are well done, plot and acting keep the film upright throughout the running time.

Nice.

Sympathetic trashy seventies horror that looked away nicely. Quite an atmospheric soundtrack that reminded me a bit of Goblin. For a film of this caliber everything is at a decent level and therefore a small classic. 6.5/10*
