Thank You for Playing plot

Ryan and Amy have three children when one day they receive the devastating news that their youngest son, one-year-old Joel, is suffering from incurable cancer. The next few years of their lives are dominated by hopes and fears, but nevertheless they do everything they can to enjoy their family to the fullest. Ryan designs video games for a living and finds a remarkable outlet for his fear and grief: he starts creating a new game called That Dragon, Cancer, starring Joel and his parents.
