Marco Polo plot

Marco Polo was 17 years old when he traveled to China with his uncle and father. Their adventurous journey through Asia lasted three and a half years, taking them through unknown deserts and native steppes. Marco stayed in Beijing for 17 years as a guest of Kublai Khan and won the trust and respect of the Emperor, for whom he completed several missions. To Marco's credit, he always had the willpower to honor and learn the culture, language and traditions of the people he met during his travels.
