The Blackbird is a master criminal who commits several daring robberies in London's Limehouse district. In between his heist adventures, he takes on the identity of the kind philanthropist The Bishop. He falls in love with Fifi Lorraine, and when she sees a lady present at a concert wearing certain jewelry she likes, The Blackbird promises to arrange them for her. So he plans a robbery on the jewels, but it turns out that there are more hijackers on the coast.
