Tiger Claws plot

"The city is being torn apart and only two cops can stop the frenzy"

The police are distraught when they learn that a serial killer is targeting masters of various martial arts. Inspector Linda Masterson asks if she can take over the case, because she knows the environment quite well. Together with Sgt. Tarek Richards, herself a martial arts specialist, sets out to find the killer.
