From May to July 2003, Raymon Depardon and his team were granted access to film the hearings in a court in Paris. Twelve cases of twelve different men and women, who ended up on the wrong side of the law, paint a picture of the daily vicissitudes of the court, from drunk drivers to the arrests the previous night.
