Seisaku no Tsuma plot
In early twentieth-century Japan, young Okane is forced to play the mistress of an elderly rich man. When she dies, she returns to her native village where she is scorned by her past. When her mother dies, she receives support from the young soldier Seisaku. Their relationship is still very young when Seisaku is called up to fight in the war with Russia.
