Le Couturier de Ces Dames plot
Fernand has recently lost his job as a tailor in a French fashion house. He does not dare to tell this to his bossy wife, but coincidence lends him a hand. A deceased ex-mistress leaves him a shareholding in a women's fashion firm. During a first meeting with the shareholders, an argument breaks out, and Fernand decides to run the business on his own.
