Uma Onda No Ar plot
Police officers make their way through the narrow streets of a favela in Belo Horizonte. Drug dealers prepare for a confrontation and a clandestine radio station urges people to stay at home. However, it turns out that the police are not looking for the drug dealers, but want to silence the radio station. Joprge is arrested and ends up in prison. There he tells his story to his fellow inmates.
