"You hold the key to freedom"

Aggie Prejean (Loretta Devine), a 67-year-old woman, one day discovers that her two granddaughters have disappeared. The only clue she has is an abandoned laptop. Because she doesn't have much money herself, she does everything she can to get in touch with the DuLondes, two of the richest people in New Orleans, who also have a lot of connections. After hearing the story, they want to help. What all three have not foreseen is the dark world they enter and the danger that awaits them when they try to save the girls.
