Alien Fury: Countdown to Invasion plot

Bill Templer, head of a US secret service, leaks a satellite photo to the press. The photo shows a fleet of alien spaceships preparing to attack Earth. Shocked by the images, the American president orders the Peacemaker, a satellite with an atomic bomb on board, to be launched. A closer look reveals that Templer's photo is false, however, there is an actual fleet of ships that will attack if the Peacemaker is deployed.
