Kagenaki Koe plot
Asako, a former telephone operator, once heard the voice of a man suspected of murder that she has been unable to get out of her head ever since. Years later, her husband invites his boss, Yamazaki, to dinner and Asako realizes that his voice is very similar to the one from the phone call. Before she can investigate this further, Yamazaki is murdered and her husband is the prime suspect.
