The Projected Man plot
"Horror of Horrors!"
A scientist is able to convert objects into energy, store it and project it again. After an adjustment, he can also transport animals. He now tries it with himself and is disfigured. With the energy still too much in his body, he electrocutes a few people and a cat in the laboratory, before taking revenge on the director of the foundation who sabotaged his project.
