Syngenor is a very entertaining monster movie that borrows here and there from well-known classics. David Gale, as in Re-Animator, which this film is very similar to, plays a fantastic madman who heads the company. The monsters are pretty well made and the movie has some cool gore moments. Not too much bullshit, nice actors and an acceptable story. Great entertainment!

I usually like the B-movies, but this one goes a bit too far for me. The monsters look bad and the special fx look historically bad. They even did that a lot better in many Full Moon productions.

In addition, the story does not run smoothly and we are treated to the necessary amount of overacting. An almost historically bad film if you ask me.

Can you compare both in terms of movie poster and type of monster as a movie with Scared to death (1981). Here the ridiculous factor in terms of story and dialogues is even more present. But it's not really annoying either, because sometimes it was still quite entertaining. David Gale's crazy role as the leader of the company is over the top, but fun. The way the cyborgs can be killed is just silly. Nice plan for super soldiers during a war. Haha. A bit of gore and a bit of nudity is also a must. However, I can't give this enough. 4/10
