"Beware his hypnotic power that turns human flesh into helpless robots!"

A crazy hypnotist has a very bizarre hobby. Together with his assistant, he puts beautiful women under hypnosis after which he has them mutilated. Fortunately, Detective Steve Kennedy tracks down the pair and is determined to stop their diabolical activities.
