After Rob Wolfe, a police officer, is murdered by a group of ninjas engaged in a jewelry heist, Angel Wolfe, a policewoman and Rob's sister, vows revenge. Her investigation leads her to the mysterious Dr. Sin Do, who battles an undead wizard: Lee Chuck. The doctor is holding a martial arts competition in a fortress on a secret island. Looking for some martial arts friends, Angel enters the competition in hopes of finding Sin Do and Lee Chuck and punishing them.
