The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse plot

Madariaga is an Argentine rancher whose daughters are married to a Frenchman and a German. When he dies, one moves to Germany and the other to France. Madariaga's grandson Julio arrives in Paris, where he falls in love with the married Marguerite. When the World War breaks out, Julio decides to join the army.
