Brian McLean, Tiny Murphy and Johnny Dutton work as pilots in Canada. Brian steals work and wives from Tiny and Johnny, but they're still friends. When World War II breaks out, all three enlist in the Canadian Air Force. Brian is too old for this job but if there are too few pilots, he is allowed to fly again.
