Savage Island plot

"Two families... One island... No compromise."

A couple with a newborn baby visits their grandparents who live on a remote island. During the nighttime drive to the house, they accidentally run over a boy who belongs to a family of lunatics who also live on the island. The father of the crazy family wants revenge and demands the baby as compensation.
