"A futuristic film of survival"

In the year 3000, after a nuclear war, the earth turned into a desert. A group of survivors is running out of water. A source is known, but the road to it is in the hands of a motorcycle gang. Tommy, a 10-year-old boy, goes on a mission for the water. A lonely stranger will help him.
