Maniacts plot
Joe and Beth are two serial killers who meet in Edgemare, a corrupt institution for insane criminals. Despite this, Joe and Beth have built a strong relationship. Joe manages to escape from the institution one day, but he had to leave Beth behind. Confused, Joe goes to his apartment. Since he disappeared, Beth has been tortured to know where he is. When Joe discovers he can't live without Beth and his friends, he tries to free them.
