"After the sun has set and the night wind has died comes the hour of the bat people!"

dr. John Beck is bitten by a bat while on a camping trip and slowly turns into a bat-man of sorts. He doesn't mind it that much, but his wife has quite a few problems with it, because the incident severely affects their peaceful holiday.
