See my comment on the first part. The fact that they had the courage to make this second part should almost be rewarded.... Too bad I can't vote (even) lower.

I have never seen Part 1, but I accept my predecessor's assessment of it at face value, because its plot and scope will be just as easy to draw as that of this successor. Bringing in Fred Astaire is of course a stunt, and for the rest of the cast we once again drew all those faces that populated the saloons and covered wagons in countless westerns from the 1930s to the 1960s. Fortunately, the old men are doing their best and have not yet forgotten their tricks, led by the grumpy Walter Brennan -- who remembers (or rather knows) that he won the very first Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 1936, and in 1938 the third, and in 1940 the fifth? Oh well, nice for those who want to see all those Familiar Faces again, and Astaire's charm is as reliable as ever. (The barmaid, by the way, is played by Lana Wood, Natalie's younger sister, a year later Plenty O' Toole in Diamonds are forever.)
