Ogami is hired by a female Yakuza to assassinate a corrupt governor. This governor also wants to hire Ogami for a murder. However, he suspects that he himself is Ogami's target when the latter refuses the assignment. What follows is a cat and mouse game that can only result in a bloodbath.
