The powerful and wealthy American James Pembroke is the director of a multinational and wants to buy the shares of a European company. Myers, the director of this company, gives his right-hand man Botterweg carte blanche to prevent the takeover by Pembroke. The wily Botterweg devises a tactic: he will compromise Pembroke by exposing his sex life and that of his family. The secret weapon used for this is 'O'.
