"A Science Fiction Adventure of the Near Future"

Survivors of the oil wars are terrorized by the itinerant Colonel Straker and his gang. Straker moves in a heavily armored truck and is virtually invincible as a result. When a girl, Corlie, escapes from his camp, he does everything he can to get her back. However, Corlie gets help from the mysterious motorcyclist Hunter. Undeterred by the imposing truck, Hunter believes there is a way to fight back.
