Doug works as a manager at a luxury hotel where he tries to make sure all guests have the best time. He tries to collect money from his tips to one day build his own dream hotel. But his tip money is never enough and when he finally finds the perfect sponsor, it turns out that he is having an affair with the woman of Doug's dreams. He has to choose between money or love.

Mediocre film in which a concierge of a luxury hotel arranges everything for his guests, even when it comes to love. A typical romcom where unfortunately there is very little to laugh about. It is also very predictable. Michael J. Fox is not doing anything wrong and Gabrielle Anwar is certainly not a punishment to watch. Of course nice to see how everything comes together in the end, but 3.0 stars is just too much.

Very mediocre indeed. The story is very cliché, some moments are too bland for words (especially during the party) and of course the outcome is clear from the start. Anwar looks beautiful, but is a mediocre actress. The strongest element of the film is Michael J. Fox, who somehow manages to save the film from absolute misery with his smooth character who can arrange everything for everyone, but that doesn't make this a good film. 1*.
