As You Like It plot
Shakespearean comedy in which Rosalind, the daughter of an exiled duke, falls in love with Orlando, the son of one of her father's courtiers. When Orlando persists in ignoring her, Rosalind decides the best way to get close to him is to pretend to be a boy. However, her deception works too well and Orlando would rather be in the company of the "boy" than with her. This forces Rosalind to come up with a ruse.
