Rough Riders plot

In 1898 the passionate Theodore Roosevelt decides to help the Cuban rebels in their fight against the Spaniards. Roosevelt is so impressed by the war reports that he himself goes to the front and decides to set up a volunteer army to lend the Cuban rebels a hand.
