"It's a whole new scream!"
On the way to Horror University, the ghost Casper meets ten-year-old Chris Carson (Barrett). This one has three other ghosts, who live in an old villa that has to make way for a supermarket. Not only the ghosts are against that; there is also an action group of concerned citizens.
