Pipo de Clown en de Piraten van Toen plot

A circus, circus Pipo to be precise, travels through the country. When Pipo, Plom and Klukkluk perform, a big scary man is very interested in Plom and especially her ventriloquist dummy. When the doll is stolen, the trail leads to the harbor. It turns out that the big scary man kidnapped the doll. Pipo, Plom and Klukkluk follow the man to the ship and get locked in the hold. When they are released they are caught by the crew, they turn out to be pirates. How did Pipo end up here again? Lubbeduh, the pirate captain stole the doll because it resembles his prodigal son, Takko. Lubbeduh takes our friends more to his island, the Island of Toen.
