Zwaarmoedige Verhalen voor bij de Centrale Verwarming plot

In the first story in the film, typist Lenie meets her immediate boss Frits in the city. Frits then brings Lenie home and inside the house it appears that something beautiful develops between the two. In the second story, a lonely old man is robbed of his coat by two aggressive men. When he has to and does his pee in a porch, he is seen as an exhibitionist. In the third story, Jon is very unhappy with his life. He drinks way too much, actually wants to sail more and wishes the girl he lives with a car accident. In the fourth story, a tradesman gets into trouble with a postman when he breaks his pocket knife and the postman asks a lot of money for this.
