Cho Osaki, a practitioner of the ninjitsu martial art, leaves his native Japan to put an end to his violent life. But after leaving for America with his son, he soon discovers that he cannot escape his past and his fate. Lieutenant Jack of the Los Angeles Police Department investigates several drug murders.
